By applying to support Garbicz Festival you confirm that you read and accept to follow the Supporter Terms and Conditions you can find HERE. Please read all information regarding the application process, deposit payment and general guidelines carefully and apply only if you agree. Choose your team

We constantly update team availability so you can only choose teams which still have free spots - if you chose a team which no longer needs support we will inform you and redirect you to another team. We try our best to meet supporter and team needs.

The team you choose can be changed by an EHA team-member, if you do not meet the required skills needed to support specific tasks.

ACCREDITATION

This is the first point of contact of everyone joining the festival. You will assist scanning tickets and handing out wristbands at the front gate.

BACKSTAGE CONTROL

You will be positioned at different backstage access points checking wristbands.

BAR & GASTRO LOGISTIC

Help sorting out the storage rooms and distribute beverages to the bars (heavy physical work, no bar job).

EMBASSY OF HUMAN AFFAIRS (EHA)

Support the Embassy team at the front desk by welcoming, checking-in and informing crew and supporters about their stay at Garbicz. Be ready to answer many questions. Social and organisational skills, a warm welcoming mindset and willingness to work on a computer are needed.

FLEXIBLE TEAM

Anythings goes! For all the allrounders - jump in wherever help is needed.

FOOD STALLS

Support one of our festival food stalls by preparing food and cleaning in and around the food stall area.

GROUND COORDINATOR

Help festival guests to find their way around the camping area as a mobile info point. Support guests arriving with vehicles on the ground or chill at access points checking wristbands.

INFO POINT

Who? What? Where? Join this team if you enjoy helping people, e.g. by giving them directions or other important on site info.

INTERPRETERS

You speak Polish plus at least one of these languages fluently (German / English) ready to remove language barriers communicating between different people and departments.

KITCHEN - CREW CATERING

Support the crew catering by preparing food and tidying up the in and around the kitchen.

LOST & FOUND

Any belongings which are lost, found and returned end up here. You will help others finding their lost items and hopefully generate some smiles.

TENT HOTEL RECEPTION

Welcome guests at the tent hotel reception and check them in. A great match if you have organisational skills, like to help people and have a welcoming attitude.
